- providing you with our estate planning questionnaire to complete
- reviewing your completed estate planning questionnaire
- confirming your instructions, any further details and answering any questions you may have
- drafting your documents
- attending a final appointment with you to execute the documents
- meeting with your appointees (if applicable) to explain the documents and witness their signatures
- providing you with a bound “estate planning folder” containing all of your executed documents
