NSW Law Reform Commission - Review of laws relating to beneficiaries of trusts - submissions close

The NSW Law Reform Commission is calling for submissions on its review of the laws relating to beneficiaries of trusts - in particular, beneficiaries' liability and oppression remedies.  Submissions close Friday 2 February 2018.
