Our clients include first home buyers, investors, families, individuals, owner occupiers and property developers.
We offer competitive flat fee conveyancing, so that you know exactly how much you will be paying for your legal costs. The fee is the same, irrespective of the value of the property you are buying or selling.
If you are selling, the fee includes the cost of all certificates you are required by law to attach to the Contract, including those relating to encumbrances on the title (such as a right of way or easement for drainage). If you are buying, the fee includes the usual enquiries with government departments to confirm council and water rates, as well as land tax liability. The fee also includes enquiries with 3 other government departments to check whether they have an interest in the land.
Most importantly, the conveyancing work is undertaken by a qualified experienced Solicitor and not a paralegal or conveyancer under supervision of a Solicitor.
