If you are buying or building your first home, you may be eligible for the benefits under the First Home Owners Scheme, consisting of:

the First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) - a $7,000 grant available to first home buyers
the First Home Plus Scheme - providing an exemption or concession to stamp duty

The scheme is federally funded, but administered by the Office of State Revenue in New South Wales.
